Aon Announces Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2025 Earnings Release, Conference Call Date and Quarterly Cash Dividend

AON, a leading global professional services firm, plans to announce fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results on Friday, January 30, 2026, in a news release to be issued at 6:30 AM ET.

Aon's President and CEO Greg Case and CFO Edmund Reese will also host a conference call at 8:30 AM ET on Friday, January 30, 2026, which will be broadcast live through Aon's Investor Relations website at ir.aon.com. A replay will be available shortly after the live webcast. The earnings release and supplemental slide presentation will also be available on Aon's Investor Relations website.

AON also announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.745 per share on Aon's outstanding Class A Ordinary Shares. The dividend is payable February 13, 2026 to shareholders of record on February 2, 2026.
