AON, a leading global professional services firm, plans to announce fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results on Friday, January 30, 2026, in a news release to be issued at 6:30 AM ET.
Aon's President and CEO Greg Case and CFO Edmund Reese will also host a conference call at 8:30 AM ET on Friday, January 30, 2026, which will be broadcast live through Aon's Investor Relations website at ir.aon.com. AON also announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.745 per share on Aon's outstanding Class A Ordinary Shares. The dividend is payable February 13, 2026 to shareholders of record on February 2, 2026.
