PartnerRe Appoints Chief Representative Officer for its Life & Health Representative Office in Japan

PartnerRe is pleased to announce the appointment of Shin Yagisawa as Chief Representative Officer of PartnerRe’s Life and Health Representative Office in Tokyo, Japan, effective July 1, 2022.

Yagisawa joins Yuji Ueno, Head Representative Financial Solutions, in PartnerRe’s Tokyo office, supported by the broader PartnerRe Life & Health APAC team based in Hong Kong and Singapore as well as the international expertise of the PartnerRe Group.

Shin Yagisawa has more than 25 years combined experience in the insurance and banking industries, primarily in marketing and distribution. Yagisawa-san’s most recent role was Chief Marketing Officer at RGA Japan Branch where he led a team of business developers in delivering a broad range of solutions to life insurers.

Yagisawa graduated from Gakushuin University with a degree in law and holds an MBA from Durham University Business School.
