More than 250,000 eligible UnitedHealthcare and Oxford plan participants in New York and New Jersey can receive discounts on healthy food options at area supermarkets

Program includes mobile app and a card for use at select retail chains

Program participants receive a Healthy Savings card in the mail. After the card is activated online at HealthySavingsUHC.com, participants can purchase prequalified healthy foods from more than 200 food and beverage brands.
