Crédit Agricole: Cyril Kammoun has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Indosuez Corporate Advisory
Παρασκευή, 16 Ιανουαρίου 2026 15:34Cyril Kammoun has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Indosuez Corporate Advisory, the new financial advisory entity resulting from the merger of the teams of Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors (Crédit Agricole CIB) and Degroof Petercam Finance France (Indosuez Wealth Management) that supports SMEs and mid-caps, as well as their executives and shareholders, together with family holding companies and private equity funds in their strategic acquisitions and fundraising operations.
Cyril Kammoun will bring to this new entity his recognised expertise and a strategic vision with the aim of supporting companies and their shareholders in the key stages of their development. His role will be to steer and strengthen Indosuez Corporate Advisory’s bespoke advisory offering, drawing on his experience in financial advisory and his commitment to business growth. Indosuez Corporate Advisory will draw on the expertise of Crédit Agricole CIB and Indosuez to provide wealth management support to executive shareholders.
Biography
Cyril Kammoun has more than 20 years’ experience at the highest level in investment banking and capital markets. He previously held executive positions at Degroof Petercam, including as Chief Executive Officer of Investment Banking in France, where he oversaw all the group’s M&A, equity capital markets and financing businesses.
Previously, he was a managing partner and director of Oddo Corporate Finance, in charge of primary capital markets, after holding executive positions at Calyon, Crédit Lyonnais, Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan in Paris, London and New York.
Throughout his career, he has advised large groups and mid-cap companies on structuring equity transactions, including IPOs, capital increases, hybrid issues, strategic refinancing and acquisitions.
Cyril Kammoun is a graduate of ESCP and INSEAD.
