Aon Appoints Byron Beebe as CEO for Human Capital

AON, a leading global professional services firm, announced that it appointed Byron Beebe as CEO of Human Capital to lead Aon’s integrated Health, Wealth and Talent solutions, effective immediately, reporting to Andy MarcellOpens in a new tab, CEO of Global Solutions.

Beebe will join the Aon Executive Committee with responsibility for driving the development of innovative solutions and further connecting the expertise of Aon’s Health, Wealth and Talent solutions to serve clients through actionable analytic insights and connected people strategies. He will work closely with Aon Business Services to accelerate the delivery of industry-leading Human Capital data and analytics and new client offerings that help Aon’s clients make better decisions.

With over 30 years at Aon, Byron most recently served as the Global Chief Commercial Officer in Human Capital, playing a pivotal and strategic role in shaping our integrated value proposition that differentiates us in the market. His commercial and client-centric mindset will help the Human Capital business continue to accelerate momentum as the firm puts client need at the forefront of our strategic direction and ability to be industry leading advisors for clients.
