ARAG SE: Dr. Renko Dirksen appointed as Chairman of the Management Board

The Supervisory Board of ARAG SE has appointed Dr. Renko Dirksen (47) as Chairman of the Management Board of the company, effective July 1, 2025. Dr. Renko Dirksen has been Speaker of the Management Board of ARAG SE since July 2020.

“With this appointment, the Supervisory Board acknowledges the very successful development of ARAG SE in recent years,” explains the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and majority shareholder of ARAG SE, Dr. Dr. h. c. Paul-Otto Faßbender.

Simultaneously with Dr. Paul-Otto Faßbender’s withdrawal from operational business in July 2020, the Supervisory Board entrusted the leadership of ARAG SE to the Management Board team with Dr. Renko Dirksen as speaker. The responsibilities and duties of the other Management Board departments and the six-member board remain unaffected by the appointment. “We continue to rely on the well-established Management Board team, which can count on the full support of the owners and the Supervisory Board for its work,” emphasizes Dr. Paul-Otto Faßbender.

Dr. Renko Dirksen joined ARAG in 2005 and has been a member of the Management Board of ARAG SE since 2015.
