ARAG picks Alan Jappy to head up corporate business development

ARAG has appointed Alan Jappy as Head of New Business for corporate partnerships.

Alan has enjoyed a diverse career over more than twenty years in insurance and the broader financial services industry, including
senior business development and bid management roles with Allianz, BGL Group and Gallagher.

He also has experience in the legal expenses insurance sector, having worked in a new business role for DAS UK between 2017 and 2020.

Commenting on Alan’s appointment, Jay Prosser, Director of Partnerships and Propositions said:

Alan has a fantastic record of developing new business for some of the biggest brands in insurance. We’ve worked together before, at DAS UK and BGL Group and I’m delighted to welcome him back to join the ARAG team.

He brings both sector-specific knowledge and broader market experience to the role and I know he’ll be a great asset to ARAG.

As Head of New Business, Alan will be responsible for developing ARAG’s business with key corporate partners.
