HDI Global appoints Arnoud Bos to newly created position of Global Head of Human Resources

Arnoud Bos will oversee all aspects of global human resources management. The new HR function will thus help to optimise recruiting and ensure harmonised succession arrangements. Based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, Mr. Bos will report to Chief Executive Officer, Dr Edgar Puls.

Mr. Bos joins HDI Global from Landal GreenParks, a Dutch tourism company with around 3,500 employees, where for the past five years he served as Global Human Resources Director. In this role, he was a member of the company's management team and developed and oversaw the international HR strategy. Previously, he had already worked for HDI Global from 2004 to 2017 when he led the Dutch HR department of HDI Global. At that time, he was a member of the branch’s management team and a project leader for multiple HR-related projects.
