PartnerRe Appoints André Piché, President, Life & Health Canada

PartnerRe Ltd. (“PartnerRe”) announced that André Piché has been appointed President of its Canadian Life & Health operations effective May 19, 2020.

Mr. Piché joined PartnerRe in 2012 and has most recently served as Chief Business Development Officer, Life & Health, Canada where he has successfully driven the growth and profitability of PartnerRe’s Canadian Life & Health business. In his new role André will assume overall responsibility for the Canadian Life & Health business reporting to Alan Ryder, CEO of North America Life.

Mr. Piché has extensive experience in the life reinsurance industry having spent the majority of his career in pricing various types of life and health products, working on new product development, building relationships with client companies, and in leadership positions.
