Swiss Re publishes its 2019 Financial Condition Report
Δευτέρα, 20 Απριλίου 2020 22:09Swiss Re published today the 2019 Financial Condition Report for the Swiss Re Group and regulated re/insurance legal entities domiciled in Switzerland for the reporting period ended 31 December 2019. The public disclosure of this report is a regulatory requirement pursuant to FINMA Circular 2016/2 Disclosure – insurers.
The report contains information on the Swiss Solvency Test (SST) and the financial condition of the Swiss Re Group and the Swiss-regulated re/insurance entities Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Ltd, Swiss Re Life Capital Reinsurance Ltd and Swiss Re International SE, Luxembourg (Zurich branch).
The 2019 Financial Condition Report is available for download on Swiss Re’s website under: swissre.com/FCR2019.
The information provided in the 2019 Financial Condition Report is as of 31 December 2019 and includes Swiss Solvency Test ratios as of 1 January 2020. Swiss Re is not providing SST ratios that are more current than 1 January 2020 due to the elevated levels of uncertainty relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. The sensitivity analyses in the Financial Condition Report and in Swiss Re’s 2019 Annual Report provide a guide to the potential impact of stress scenarios on Swiss Re’s economic capital and SST ratio.
