Dorian LPG Ltd. Declares Irregular Cash Dividend of $1.00 Per Share

(NYSE: LPG) (the "Company" or "Dorian LPG"), a leading owner and operator of modern and ECO very large gas carriers (“VLGCs”), announced that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular cash dividend of $1.00 per share of the Company’s common stock, returning approximately $42.8 million of capital to shareholders.
The irregular dividend is payable on or about May 28, 2026 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 18, 2026.
