Pyxis Tankers Announces Filing of Form 20-F for the Year Ended December 31, 2021 & Chartering Update

Pyxis Tankers Inc., a growth-oriented pure play product tanker company, announced that its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2021 has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and can be accessed on its website, www.pyxistankers.com. As of March 31, 2022, the shipping company had three vessels trading in the spot market and two employed under short-term time charters. As of the same date, Pyxis Tankers booked approximately 40% of its available days for the second quarter ending June 30, 2022, at an average estimated TCE daily rate of approximately $17,300 for its tankers.

The tanker company owns a modern fleet of five tankers engaged in seaborne transportation of refined petroleum products and other bulk liquids.
