Eurobank Ergasias S.A.: Sale of King George Hotel real estate property

Following the relevant announcement issued on November 21st, 2017, Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (“Eurobank”) announces that on December 21st, 2017 the sale of the real estate property, on which “King George Hotel” operates, of the mobile equipment of the latter and of the relevant trademarks to Lampsa Hellenic Hotels S.A. was conducted for a total consideration of €43,000,000.
