Eurobank - Completion of the Share Buyback Program

“Eurobank S.A.” (“Eurobank” or “Bank”), further to its announcement of 12.12.2025 with respect to the commencement of the Share Buyback Program (“Program”), which was approved pursuant to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank’s Shareholders held on 22.10.2025, in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as a continuation of the respective share buyback program of “Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A.”  approved by the resolution of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30.04.2025, and following the resolution of the Bank’s Board of Directors dated 22.10.2025, hereby informs the public that during the period 27.04.2026 – 29.04.2026, it repurchased, within the framework of the Program, a total of 586,307 shares issued by the Bank (“Own Shares”) and traded on the Euronext Athens, with an average purchase price of €3.8409 per share and a total cost of €2,251,934.77.

In particular, the following purchases were made on the Euronext Athens through its member “Eurobank Equities Single Member Investment Firm S.A.”:

Following the above purchases, Eurobank announces that:

(a) on 29.04.2026 the Own Share purchases under the Program were completed, and

(b) holds a total of 32,389,605 Own Shares, representing 0.89% of its paid-up share capital.

It is noted that, pursuant to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank held on 28.04.2026, the cancellation of 28,097,019 Own Shares of the Program has been approved, subject to the relevant approval by the European Central Bank.
