ING - Progress on share buyback programme

ING announced that, as part of its €2.0 billion share buyback programme announced on
31 October 2024, in total 3,163,956 shares were repurchased during the week of 23 December
2024 up to and including 27 December 2024.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of €14.85 or a total amount of €46,987,104.63.

In line with the purpose of the programme to reduce the share capital of ING, the total number of
shares repurchased under this programme to date is 48,430,773 ordinary shares at an average
price of €14.97 for a total consideration of €724,796,329.16. To date approximately 36.24% of the
maximum total value of the share buyback programme has been completed.
