Τρίτη, 18 Οκτωβρίου 2022 18:32

Societe Generale announces the appointments within its Group Management Committee of Ingrid Bocris, Mai Nguyen and Alain Voiment. These appointments strengthen the diversity of this managerial body, in terms of key activities’ involvement and gender balance.

Ingrid Bocris and Mai Nguyen have been Deputy Chief Executive Officers of Societe Generale Assurances since January 2022 and April 2018 respectively. Ingrid Bocris is in charge of Bancassurance and Digital Development for Societe Generale Assurances and Mai Nguyen of Finance, Investments and Risks.

Their appointments to the Group Management Committee are part of Societe Generale’s growth strategy aiming at accelerating the development of its bancassurance model to better serve its clients in France and internationally.

Alain Voiment is appointed Chief Technology Officer for the Group, as of 1 November 2022. He will report to Carlos Gonçalves, whom he replaces in this role following his appointment as Global Chief Information Officer in June 2022.

At the heart of the Group’s technological and digital transformation, Alain Voiment will be in charge of supervising all the Bank’s infrastructures while ensuring the quality and the continuity of production services by developing innovative solutions (collaborative tools, Cloud Hybrid service platforms, Continuous Delivery approach, etc.).

These appointments within the Group Management Committee are effective since 1 July 2022 for Ingrid Bocris and as of 1 November 2022 for Mai Nguyen and Alain Voiment.
