Attica Bank - Publications referring to the bank's absorption by other credit institutions in Greece are completely unsubstantiated

Attica Bank S.A. informs its investors, following the announcement of 27.05.2021, that current (print and electronic) publications referring to the bank's absorption by other credit institutions in Greece are completely unsubstantiated and there is no such procedure or information.

It is noted that a similar denial announcement to the investors has been issued on 26-05-2021 by the National Bank of Greece.

The Bank has informed about the implementation framework of the mechanism for covering the DTC (article 27A of L.4172 / 2013) in its announcement of 29-04-2021 and has indicated that it will immediately inform its investors upon the decisions concerning the procedures of the DTC mechanism and the deadlines for exercising the relevant rights.
