Piraeus Bank - Notifications of important changes concerning voting rights

Pursuant to the provisions of L. 3864/2010, Piraeus Bank S.A. (the “Bank”), further to the received notification dated June 12^th, 2020, announces that Mr. Aristotelis Mistakidis as of 11.06.2020 holds directly 22,370,811 registered voting shares, corresponding to 5.1472% of Piraeus Bank total voting rights, excluding those held by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF). 

As well, pursuant to the provisions of L. 3556/2007 and following relevant notification received on June 12th, 2020, the Bank announced that the total percentage of voting rights attached to shares held directly by Mr. Aristotelis Mistakidis exceeded the minimum threshold of 5% as of June 11th, 2020. Mr. Aristotelis Mistakidis holds directly 22,370,811 voting rights corresponding to an equal number of common, registered, voting, dematerialized shares (namely 5.1232% of the total voting rights of the Bank).
