Credit Agricole: Appointment of Martine Boutinet as Group Chief Compliance Officer

Martine Boutinet has been appointed Group Chief Compliance Officer, reporting to Philippe Brassac, Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole S.A. She is taking over from Stéphane Priami, who has been appointed Crédit Agricole SA’s Deputy CEO in charge of the Specialised Financial Services business line.

Biography

Martine Boutinet began her career in 1986 at Peat Marwick Consulting. She then joined Crédit Lyonnais, where she held various positions in the markets department from 1988 to 1997. From 1997 to 2000, she worked for AIG as a Senior Marketer for financial institutions. She was in charge of investor sales at Hypovereinsbank from 2000 to 2001, then at Crédit Lyonnais from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2011, she held various positions within Crédit Agricole CIB’s market activities. From 2011 to 2014, Martine Boutinet was the regional Head of sales for France, Belgium and Luxembourg, then was Head of Human Resources at Crédit Agricole CIB from May 2014 to June 2019.
Since July 2019, Martine Boutinet has been Head of Compliance at Crédit Agricole CIB.

Martine Boutinet is a graduate of the École des Mines de Paris and holds an IFA-Sciences Po Corporate Director’s Certificate.
