Piraeus Bank: Appointment of Mr. Periklis Dontas as Non - Executive Member, HFSF Representative

Piraeus Bank announces that the Board of Directors of the Bank, at its meeting held on 18.12.2019, elected Mr. Periklis Dontas as Non - Executive Member, HFSF Representative, in replacement of Mr. Per Anders Fasth, following a letter from the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF), dated 28.11.2019 and in accordance with the provisions of Law 3864/2010. The immediately forthcoming General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Bank will be informed of the election of the new Member.
