Next Piraeus Bank Group Property Auction

Piraeus Bank Group is holding its latest e-bidding for the sale of properties owned by the Group on July 9 & 10, 2019 via website, properties4sale.gr.

In this auction, forty two properties, including apartments, houses, offices, shops, plots and buildings from all over Greece will be available for bidding. The starting price of the properties range from €13,000 to €560,000 with a "Buy Now" option also being available. Piraeus Bank is willing to offer favourable financing terms for the purchase of a property.

The introduction of e-bidding has proved successful in the Greek real estate market, helping to enhance sales activity, rationalise and stabilise pricing, ensure transparency as well attracting local and foreign investment. For Piraeus Bank Group this process will free up liquidity that will be channelled back into the Greek economy and, at the same time, help make the best use of the properties owned by the Piraeus Bank Group.
